Role Description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager / Learning & Development Executive / Training Assistant for a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs, manage learning and development initiatives, and craft engaging instructional materials. Responsibilities also include implementing leadership development initiatives, managing learning platforms, and driving continuous employee skill growth to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development and managing Learning Management Systems
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training and instructional design content
  • Experience in Leadership Development initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learning audiences
  • Familiarity with virtual training tools and methodologies is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Passion for fostering continuous learning and professional growth
