What will you do
- Work collaboratively as a team with the Programme Managers to project manage and multitask to support a variety of learning programmes to ensure seamless programme execution
- Render pre, during and post programme support to ensure optimal learning experience for the learners
- Perform simple data analytics and post programme reporting to yield insights useful for programme enhancement
- Set up virtual learning and facilitation platforms and tools for virtual session to ensure effective delivery and high engagement with the audience
- Opportunity for hands-on experience to learn and practice virtual facilitation techniques
- Be involved in preparing communications for learning programme via NCS internal social media platform to drive awareness/publicity of the programmes to colleagues in NCS
- Be involved in ad-hoc projects (as and when necessary) for greater exposure to learning and programme management
Job Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or any other related field
- Sense of curiosity and willingness to learn
