Training administration function of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms - 360Learning, SuccessFactors (SF), Workday (WD), Metrics That Matter (MTM).
Training administration and training coordination support:
Creation of training program sessions in LMS
Registration of employees in LMS
Track course enrolment and submit course registration
Coordinate training logistics, training room set-up and resources
Compile course evaluation feedback and report generation
Update and maintain learning records in LMS
Perform post-training activities such as updating of training attendance, and reporting.
Assist in catering of breakfast/lunches/tea for training
Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements
GCE O level
Minimum 1 year of work experience in training function in corporate settings
Proficient in MS Office and any LMS system
