Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Training administration function of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms - 360Learning, SuccessFactors (SF), Workday (WD), Metrics That Matter (MTM).
  • Training administration and training coordination support:
  • Creation of training program sessions in LMS
  • Registration of employees in LMS
  • Track course enrolment and submit course registration
  • Coordinate training logistics, training room set-up and resources
  • Compile course evaluation feedback and report generation
  • Update and maintain learning records in LMS
  • Perform post-training activities such as updating of training attendance, and reporting.
  • Assist in catering of breakfast/lunches/tea for training
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Requirements
  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in training function in corporate settings
  • Proficient in MS Office and any LMS system
