Sports Schooling is looking for committed and energetic Learn-to-Swim Coaches to join our growing team.

Location
Multiple pool locations across Singapore

Working Hours
Weekdays: Monday - Friday, 3- 6pm
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (8am - 12pm, 2 - 6pm)

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct learn-to-swim classes for children
• Ensure a safe, fun, and structured learning environment
• Support swimmers progress and development
• Work closely with the coaching team

Training & Development

• Structured mentorship programme
• Ongoing coach development and training
• Access to free swim clinics to upgrade and hone your skills
• Clear pathway for progression

Requirements

• Passion for teaching and working with children
• Responsible, reliable, and positive attitude
• Prior coaching experience is a plus (but not required)
• Willing to travel to different pool locations
