Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and patient Learn-to-Swim Coaches to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children, ensuring safety, and creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct swimming lessons for children aged 2 years and above
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the pool
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students and parents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment
- Collaborate with the coaching team to plan lessons and monitor progress
- Participate in mentorship and training programmess provided by Swim Lab to further develop coaching skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of swim teaching experience
- Experience teaching children aged 2 years and above
- Weekend availability required from 8am - 7pm (at least 1 full Saturday or Sunday, or 2 half-days on Saturday and Sunday per week)
- Weekday availability from 3 - 7pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching
- Relevant certifications (e.g., lifeguard, swim instructor) preferred but not mandatory
