Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose Lean solutions to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Tools Implementation: Apply Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
- Training & Coaching: Conduct workshops and training sessions to build Lean awareness and capability across teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and management teams to drive improvement projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to efficiency, quality, and cost reduction, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma / degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and facilitation abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations preferred.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
