Lean Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing / 5 days / Office Hours)

Work location: AMK

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide industrial engineering support in layout planning, WSIs, routing, and process/material flow.
• Lead productivity and cost-improvement initiatives and supervise assigned work groups.
• Conduct cost estimations for new products and maintain process documentation and standards.
• Coordinate with product teams to implement resource-optimizing solutions.
• Perform time-and-motion studies, identify bottlenecks, and drive LEAN improvements.
• Plan and set up new manufacturing lines, support NPIs and ECOs, and track CAPEX for line setups.
• Execute Value Stream Mapping and support cost and quality enhancement projects.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients in mandarin Chinese
