We are a global leader in high-tech manufacturing, dedicated to engineering excellence. We are looking for a hands-on Lean practitioner to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the continuous improvement roadmap, aligning with global functional goals to reduce labor hours and improve cycle times.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events, guiding teams through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Rapid Improvement Events.
- Collaborate with cell leads to enhance single-piece flow, ensuring Standard Work is defined and strictly followed.
- Implement and monitor KPI boards to track progress, identifying areas for immediate escalation and support.
- Oversee tooling operations and material replenishment systems (Kanban) to ensure production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years in a lean manufacturing environment. Semiconductor / Equipment manufacturing experience will be a plus.
- Proven track record in project management with strong analytical capabilities.
- Practitioner of Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma Master/Black Belt preferred).
- Deep technical understanding of complex assembly and production methodologies.
