2. Talent Development and Succession Planning
Identify and support high-potential talent for leadership roles across schools.
Collaborate with school heads to assess leadership capabilities and development needs.
Recommend and implement individual development plans and mentoring programmes.
3. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback and measure the impact of leadership training initiatives.
Refine content and approaches based on evaluation data and school feedback.
Stay updated with emerging best practices in educational leadership development.
4. Collaboration and Thought Leadership
Work closely with the curriculum, pedagogy, and quality assurance teams to align leadership development with school priorities.
Contribute thought leadership on professional growth and school leadership innovation within the organization.
Coach and consult with school leaders on real-time leadership challenges and dilemmas.
Degree in Education, Leadership, Organisational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership, teacher professional development, or adult learning.
Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful leadership development programmes.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Experience in early childhood or school education settings is highly desirable.
Deep belief in the transformative power of leadership in education.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
Comfortable working across multiple schools and contexts.
