Position Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Developer to join our fast-growing fintech team. This role focuses heavily on User Experience (UX) while also covering UI development, ensuring seamless translation of business features into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to transform Figma designs into functional Flutter applications, delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
UX Design & Research:
- Lead user experience design across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate business features into clear UX requirements and workflows.
- Conduct usability reviews and propose enhancements for optimal user journeys.
UI Development:
- Convert Figma prototypes into Flutter-based applications with pixel-perfect precision.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on usability and aesthetics.
Innovation & Creativity:
- Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve user engagement and experience.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and fintech design best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX design with proven ability to create intuitive user flows.
- Proficiency in UI development using Flutter and translating designs from Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with financial services (FSI) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work end-to-end: from conceptualization to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform development.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
