Job Description

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Lead, Talent, Leadership & Learning to partner with business leaders in building Prudential Singapore's talent pipelines and strengthening organizational capabilities & culture. This role will play a critical part in executing succession, leadership development, and learning initiatives that support business growth and build capability.

  • Support the design and delivery of talent management and succession frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify key talent, assess succession readiness, and implement targeted development actions.
  • Coordinate talent reviews and contribute to pipeline reporting, analytics, and insights.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition on pipelines of future-ready skills and external talent pools.
  • Design and deliver corporate L&D programmes including orientation, induction, and core development pathways.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to curate training, peer learning, and leadership sessions.
  • Refresh and enhance training programmes aligned to business and enterprise needs.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning and innovative approaches to enhance capability built.
  • Execute annual culture survey, analyse insights and work with Business Partners to develop specific interventions for functional teams.
  • Manage vendor and regulatory relationships to support learning and leadership initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent Management & Learning on projects, pilots, and enterprise-wide programmes.

Who we are looking for:

  • 12 -15years HR experience with focus in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of the latest talent management and succession practices and execution of culture interventions (high level).
  • Good programme management skills with the ability to plan, communicate and drive programmes / projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence business stakeholders.
  • Highly resilient, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with a strong hands-on approach.
