Job Description

Role : Lead Systems Analyst - Pricing and Billing Platforms

The Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for driving the technical and business analysis, platform and integration design, and end to end delivery of client's Pricing and Billing Platform. This role requires strong technical understanding of pricing and billing capabilities together with expertise in designing and implementing it in a banking environment to support various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

712 years of Systems Analysis experience in banking, with technical expertise in API design, java, microservices architecture, and sequence diagram modelling.
Lead end-to-end analysis and roadmap definition for the Pricing & Billing platform, including migration to a future-state architecture.
Drive functional and technical requirement gathering, capability mapping, and prioritization aligned to multi-year transformation goals.
Design customer pricing, billing, settlement, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting workflows across banking products.
Define platform architecture, integration specifications, APIs, batch processes, microservices, and event-driven models across multiple banking systems.
Provide development-ready specifications, support engineering squads, and collaborate with QA to ensure scalable, resilient, and compliant delivery.
