Job Summary
Regional lead responsible for driving stock deployment and execution excellence by coordinating with the Global Flow Supply Team to implement process improvements, adopt technology solutions, and enable touchless stock deployment and execution across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of processes and systems to optimize stock deployment and execution, ensuring alignment with global standards
- Drive adoption of new technologies and process enhancements within the GDP/DRP teams to maximize operational benefits and efficiency
- Automate routine supply-related tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy and speed of stock replenishment
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across planning teams and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Manage changes in planning processes by developing and executing transition plans that minimize disruption and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Utilize advanced supply chain data analysis tools to perform in-depth performance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Lead project management activities including planning, progress monitoring, and quality control to deliver projects on time and meet defined objectives
- Conduct regular training sessions for the GDP team to enhance supply chain capabilities and knowledge
- Serve as the primary backup for Demand Planning Excellence to maintain continuity and support in demand planning functions
- Manage and execute special projects such as EUMDR compliance, Recode initiatives (timebound), and Kinaxis Supply Implementation to support strategic supply chain objectives
