Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales (Singapore)

Mission / role purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales

to help enterprises across diverse industries, including banking, local enterprises related

sector.

Reports to:Managing Director,SEA

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project

requirements and objectives.

• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.

• Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired

outcomes.

• Strong hands-on execution skills,, with the ability to identify customers

pain points and needs, align on success criteria, and ensure solutions

meet security, regulatory, and industry best-practice standards.

• Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the testing

process, with written confirmation at each stage; establish key milestones

and drive successful delivery and outcome conversion

• Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Have at least 5 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking,

government sector or telco industry.

• Industry Expertise: Experience in specific industries, such as Financial Services (FSI)

or the Government sector.

• Demonstrated experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably with solutions

related to AIOps / ITSM / ITOM/APM /AI Solution etc.

• Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on

complex projects are preferred.

• Possesses professional skill in Presentation, POC.

• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus.

• English proficiency required; Mandarin is an advantage for regional collaboration.
