Job Description
'Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations.
Strong expertise in: Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform API development and integration
Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant'
