Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an experienced and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge financial solutions, driving and fostering a collaborative environment. The role is an Individual Contributor role and reports directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.

You will be based in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Establish best practices for development and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term strategy for mobile development

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of iOS and Flutter development experience
• Strong proficiency in mobile development with Swift and Dart
• Hands-on experience with APP life cycle and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver projects end-to-end across teams
• Ability to balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities-mentoring others while still writing code and driving execution plans
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across teams
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with payments
• Experience with BE development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Fluent with AI tools like Cursor | Claude | CodeX
