Job Description:
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with product specifications and project timelines.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems using modern architectural patterns such as microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Establish and enforce development standards including coding practices, documentation, version control, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, supporting project planning, requirement analysis, system integration testing, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma with 6 years software development experience.
- Strong Java expertise with Spring Framework and REST APIs.
- Experience with web, cloud, and DevOps tools (Angular/React, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of microservices and messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.).
