Jobresponsibilities

• Executescreativesoftwaresolutions,design,development,andtechnicaltroubleshootingwithabilitytothinkbeyondroutineorconventionalapproachestobuildsolutionsorbreakdowntechnicalproblems
• Developssecurehigh-qualityproductioncode,andreviewsanddebugscodewrittenbyothers
• Identifiesopportunitiestoeliminateorautomateremediationofrecurringissuestoimproveoveralloperationalstabilityofsoftwareapplicationsandsystem
• Leadsevaluationsessionswithbusinessstakeholders,andinternalteamstodriveoutcomes-orientedprobingofarchitecturaldesigns,technicalcredentials,andapplicabilityforusewithinexistingsystemsandinformationarchitecture
• LeadscommunitiesofpracticeacrossSoftwareEngineeringtodriveawarenessanduseofnewandleading-edgetechnologies

Requiredqualifications,capabilities,andskills

• Formaltrainingorcertificationonengineeringconceptsand5+yearsappliedexperience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Hands-onpracticalexperiencedeliveringsystemdesign,applicationdevelopment,testing,andoperationalstability
• Advancedinoneormoreprogramminglanguage(s)
• Proficiencyinautomationandcontinuousdeliverymethods
• ProficientinallaspectsoftheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle
• AdvancedunderstandingofagilemethodologiessuchasCI/CD,ApplicationResiliency,andSecurity
• Demonstratedproficiencyinsoftwareapplicationsandtechnicalprocesseswithinatechnicaldiscipline(e.g.,cloud,artificialintelligence,machinelearning,mobile,etc.)

• ProficientinfullstackdevelopmentskillJava21,REACToranyotherframeworks,buildingintoPublicCloudandCD/CDstrategies.
