What you'll be doing
- Partnering directly with business stakeholders to solve complex post-trade and operational challenges
- Designing and influencing scalable, global system architectures across trading infrastructure
- Leading the build-out of a growing team, with responsibility to mentor and develop engineers
- Driving new ideas and solutions that improve efficiency across the end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Collaborating with global teams to shape the future of the firm's MOBO technology stack
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in Middle / Back Office systems within financial services
- Proven technical leadership with the ability to own architecture and design decisions
- Deep understanding of post-trade workflows (trade capture, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders
- A natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
