Come join the team that enables AI for all Grabber's. You will be reporting to our Senior Engineering Manager in charge of Agentic Foundations in the GTS team. Join us to build AI Foundations to underpin the success of Grab for decades to come.

Get to Know the Role

You will build on the tech stacks that power Grab's entire infrastructure and business, serving thousands of Grabbers internally and millions throughout SEA. Millions of people will benefit from your solutions as we drive SEA forward together. This role is onsite based in our Singapore Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Build and own the Agentic AI platform to be used by all Grabbers
• In collaboration with our Tech Infra AI teams, build a cutting edge, secure and stable platform for all Grabbers, plus tooling and connectors
• Be a technical leader in the team, driving innovations and evaluating technical solutions
• Drive technical conversations and alignment with multiple teams.
• Independently drive projects across teams end to end, from inception to rollout.
• Coach peers and promote development and best practices while achieving excellent user experience.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Expertise in at least one programming language
• Hands-on experience building AI-based tools and platforms
• Experience running critical services in AWS
• Deep knowledge on how to build and scale systems
• Understand common patterns and algorithms to navigate different code bases for debugging and troubleshooting
