Responsibilities:

. Facilitate regular case discussions with social workers and provide supervision on case management.
. Assess how well group work interventions are working across the organisation.
. Oversee and assess the effectiveness of case management, support programmes and activities provided to families.
. Carry out audits in line with the organisation's audit framework.
. Apply standards of care and follow organisational policies, procedures, and programmes.

Requirement:
. 5 to 8 years of working knowledge in similar setting, with supervisory experience.
. Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
