Role Summary
Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, driving platform strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and multi-domain transformation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform strategyDesign scalable, integrated solutions across multiple modulesDrive AI-enabled workflows (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI)Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO level)Oversee solution design, integrations, and delivery governanceSupport pre-sales, solutioning, and practice development
Requirements
10-15+ years IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture
Strong multi-module expertise (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
Proven experience in enterprise implementations and stakeholder managementHands-on experience with integrations (API, cloud, middleware)ServiceNow CTA (preferred) and ITIL certification

Experience with AI / GenAI on ServiceNow
