Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintainindustrial automation software using C++, C# and WPF.
- Develop Windows-based applications usingWindows API, C++ STL, templates and memory management techniques.
- Program motion control cards and distributedI/O systems for machine control and sensor integration.
- Implement reliable hardware/softwarecommunication protocols.
- Optimize application performance usingmultithreading, synchronization, events, mutexes and memory-mapped files.
- Develop user interfaces with WPF/WinUI whererequired.
- Write clean, maintainable, andwell-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanicalengineers to deliver software that meets system requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and stay currentwith industrial automation and C++ technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing industrialautomation software with C++, C#, and WPF.
- Hands-on experience with motion control cardsand distributed I/O systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows API,multithreading, synchronization, and memory management.
- Solid understanding of C++ Standard Libraryand templates.
- Experience with Borland/Embarcadero C++Builder VCL is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, andproblem-solving skills.
