Lead Scientist / Senior Project Officer / Research Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Lead Scientist / Senior Project Officer / Research Assistant will be responsible for leading research initiatives, supporting project management, and collaborating in the development of innovative content solutions. Key tasks include conducting in-depth research, data analysis, project documentation, strategy development, and contributing to creative projects. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with studio goals.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, including data collection, evaluation, and interpretation
• Project management experience, including planning, coordination, and time management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with technical writing experience preferred
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to contribute to innovative content development
• Experience in animation, multimedia production, or creative industries is advantageous
• Software proficiency, including project management tools and analytical software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Research, Animation Studies, or a similar discipline
