About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to capitalise on the growing demand across the Japan market. In this role, you will connect top talent with leading businesses, leveraging your language skills and market knowledge to deliver impactful recruitment solutions and drive real business growth.
Core Responsibilities
Build Client Relationships
- Engage with companies to understand hiring needs
- Present recruitment solutions and manage client relationships
- Develop long-term partnerships
Source Candidates
- Identify and engage mid- to senior-level professionals
- Build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships
- Understand career motivations and match candidates to opportunities
Manage the Hiring Process
- Coordinate interviews and feedback
- Support offer negotiations
- Ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
Key Competencies
- Professional proficiency in Japanese and English (required to support the Japan market)
- Strong work ethic, proven resilience and drive
- Strong interest in sales and client engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
