1. Clinical Oversight
- Develop, implement, and maintain protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all imaging activities.
- Conduct periodic reviews of protocols and ensure staff adherence to established standards.
- Manage clinical escalations, ensuring timely follow-through with reporting radiologists and the Medical Director.
- Support RLL's Radiology Operations Manager on the clinical aspects of radiological licensing (MOH and NEA) to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Review departmental statistics and quality indicators to identify trends and potential areas for clinical improvement.
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and training to the Radlink Philippines (RLPH) imaging team to ensure alignment with the Radlink Group's clinical and operating standards.
2. Imaging Operations
- Work with the Front Desk team (reporting to RLL's Manager, Operations) to ensure the Imaging department supports overall excellent patient service delivery by RLL.
- Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage across all imaging modalities.
- Approve staff leave requests while maintaining service continuity.
- Recruit, schedule, and manage locum radiographers and sonographers, including timesheet approvals.
- Analyze operational statistics and workflow data to identify and address areas for efficiency enhancement.
- Ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency across sites.
3. Staff Management and Development
- Lead performance management of radiographers and sonographers, including goal setting and appraisal discussions.
- Develop and administer training and competency programs to meet the professional development needs of imaging staff, including the RLPH imaging team.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to foster skill development and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Support recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives to build a capable and motivated imaging workforce.
4. Hands-On Radiography
- Perform imaging procedures as required to support operational demands, including coverage for urgent or unplanned staff absences.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and image quality during all clinical activities.
- Diploma / Degree in Diagnostic Radiography / Medical Imaging
- APHC Registered
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
