Lead/ Quality Engineer

Lead/ Quality Engineer (AS9100/ ISO 9001/ Central/5.5K)
Job scope

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100 standards
• Support audit preparation (AS9100, Nadcap) and ensure compliance
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAI / AS9102) submissions
• Handle non-conformance, CAPA, and root cause analysis across production stages
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on quality issues
• Prepare and track quality documents (NCMR, CAR, audit reports)
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper inspection, documentation, and calibration control
• Analyze quality data to improve processes and product quality

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or manufacturing environments
• Hands on and keen to learn, and Team player
