- Oversee the entire project cycle from planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure project scope, budget, and schedules are well-defined and maintained.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work with internal teams to track progress and resolve project roadblocks.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are well-managed and aligned with project goals.
- Provide structured project updates and reports, ensuring transparency.
- Facilitate meetings to gather input, align priorities, and resolve concerns.
Project Coordination & Compliance Oversight
- Collaborate with functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project deliverables and escalate key issues to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in contract administration and vendor negotiations when required.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work alongside Project Manager(s) to ensure projects are executed effectively.
- Support decision-making by analyzing project risks, schedules, and resource constraints.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus).
- At least years of experience in managing projects across industries.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
