Job Description

Our financial advisers partner closely with global experts across seven professional domains through the Great Eastern Private Client Privileges Advisory Panel. Together, we co‑create bespoke strategies and provide high‑quality advice to support our clients long‑term wealth objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering a differentiated, end-to-end experience for Great Eastern's High Net Worth (HNW) clients. You will review experiences, physical or digital, to ensure that they are cohesive, relevant and aligned to Great Eastern's High Net Worth growth strategy and customer value proposition.

Private Client Experience Strategy and Governance

  • Define the direction for the Private Client experience across lounge, events, and membership
  • Establish clear experience principles, service standards, and governance frameworks for HNW engagement
  • Ensure consistency of experience across Great Eastern physical and digital touch points, as well as partner touch points
  • Alignment with HNW commercial objectives, including goals, target audience, budget, and success metrics

Private Client Lounge Operations

  • Oversight on Lounge utilization, advisor adoption, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Work with data team to track conversion rates of Lounge meetings and events

Signature Events and Client Engagement

  • Own the roadmap for HNW client engagements and flagship events
  • Oversee curation and execution of events, thought leadership and lifestyle experiences
  • Set quality standards for content, partner speakers that aligns with target persona and themes

Private Client Membership & Partner Curation

  • Provide oversight of the exclusive membership program, ensuring it delivers holistic value beyond insurance
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, manage strategic partners that align with the HNW business objectives
  • Review partnership performance, relevance and strategic fit on an ongoing basis.

Stakeholder Management and Team Lead

  • Collaborate with commercial proposition and business development teams to finetune market activation opportunities
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and curate digital content, including website copy, marketing videos, and social media visuals, ensuring strict alignment with our brand voice and objectives
  • Coordinate with Brand and Marketing, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all events and activities, associated content, partnership engagements adhere to regulatory requirements, internal brand and partner brand guidelines
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team, managing resources and budget

We are looking for people who

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Has minimum 15 years of relevant experience in banking/finance or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of HNW client experience expectations
  • Has strong knowledge of marketing disciplines across branding, event management, digital marketing and partnership management
  • Is a strong communicator who can influence internal stakeholders and external partners
