Job Title: Lead, Organizational Assessment

Role Summary
This role leads the development of assessment solutions that help organizations better understand, develop, and grow their people and culture. Blending research, analytics, and practical application, you will build tools and frameworks that generate meaningful insights and support better decision-making across leadership, teams, and the broader organization.
You will play a key role in shaping how development is measured over time-turning complex human dynamics into clear, actionable insights that drive real change.
What You'll Do
Build High-Impact Assessment Solutions
Create and scale assessment tools (e.g., engagement, culture, leadership, 360 feedback) that are practical, reliable,and relevant to real organizational challenges.
Turn Data into Decisions
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover patterns, generate insights, and guide leaders on people, culture, and performance priorities.
Design for Growth Over Time
Develop longitudinal approaches that track progress across the year, enabling individuals and teams to see, reflect on, and accelerate their development.
Evaluate What Works
Measure the impact of programs and interventions, helping stakeholders understand what is changing, what matters, and where to focus next.
Bring Depth Through Qualitative Insight
Lead conversations, interviews, and group dialogues to capture lived experiences and add context behind the data.
Partner with Stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to embed assessments into programs, ensuring insights are understood and used effectively.
Drive Innovation in Assessment
Continuously improve tools and approaches by integrating new thinking in organizational research, behavioral science, and development practices.
What We're Looking For
Education& Research Background
PhD preferred in Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Social or Behavioral Sciences, or a related discipline, with strong training in quantitative and applied research.
Relevant Experience
7-10 years of hands-on experience designing, delivering, and managing organizational assessments, including surveys and diagnostic tools.
Technical& Analytical Expertise
Deep expertise in statistical analysis, psychometrics, and survey design, with the ability to ensure rigor, validity, and reliability in assessment methodologies.
Tools& Platforms
Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, R, SPSS, Python, or equivalent platforms.
Research Application & Impact
Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into practical insights that inform organizational strategy, leadership development, and decision-making.
Domain Knowledge
Interest or experience in areas such as adult development, consciousness studies, integral frameworks, or related approaches applied within organizational settings.
Mixed-Methods Research Capability
Strong experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational methods.
Facilitation& Stakeholder Engagement
Ability to facilitate discussions, engage diverse stakeholders, and communicate insights effectively to clients, teams, and senior leaders.
