Lead .Net Engineer – (Application Modernisation)

The Role
You'll play a lead role across delivery engagements focused on modern application engineering and front-end modernisation initiatives. Working closely with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders, you'll help modernise enterprise platforms and deliver scalable, modern application experiences.
This role is heavily delivery-focused and suits someone comfortable operating in fast-moving consulting environments with a strong mix of technical capability and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver modern application and front-end modernisation projects
- Work across React and modern JavaScript application environments
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders
- Contribute to solution design and technical delivery discussions

Requirements
- Strong experience across React and modern front-end engineering
- Exposure to .NET environments beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience working within consulting, systems integration, or enterprise delivery environments
- Strong understanding of modern engineering and Agile delivery practices
- Comfortable operating directly with clients and technical teams
- Ability to contribute across both technical delivery and solution discussions
