- Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing semiconductor equipment from concept to full machine
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) to extend product lifecycle, optimize performance, and enhance competitiveness and profitability.
- Oversee testing and verification to ensure high-performance, high-precision semiconductor equipment
- Provide technical support to sales and service teams, including specification reviews, costing, product evaluations, and resolution of field technical issues.
Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years proven experience in developing and designing semiconductor and automation equipment
- Strong technical foundation in ultra-high precision and high-speed mechanical systems.
- Proficient in CAD software such as Creo or SolidWorks, with the ability to review and produce technical drawings.
- Knowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical leader, with excellent project management, problem-solving, and team coaching skills.
- Proven leadership ability to motivate, guide, and develop direct reports effectively.
