Job Summary
The Lead/Manager, Sales & Program will lead strategic programs in semiconductor manufacturing, supporting key customers. This role demands strong industry expertise, established networks, and the ability to independently and collaboratively drive business success across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing programs aligned with customer objectives, quality standards, and business goals
- Act as the primary liaison with customers to foster collaboration, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships
- Utilize industry knowledge and networks to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure stakeholder accountability
- Identify project risks proactively, develop mitigation plans, and implement solutions to safeguard delivery timelines and commitments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and increase customer satisfaction
- Provide senior management with strategic insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Manage multiple projects independently, demonstrating strong ownership, disciplined execution, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Support additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing), Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of program or project management experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably with SEMI or related customer exposure
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment, process flows, and customer requirements
- Established industry network within the semiconductor ecosystem (OEMs, equipment suppliers, or major fabs)
- Proficiency in project management tools and business software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and make sound business decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work on-site at Changi North Crescent
