In this Principal Infrastructure Architect role, you will drive the organization's IT infrastructure strategy, leading high-impact hybrid cloud and infrastructure transformations across the APAC region.

What You Will Do:
- Strategic Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of highly available, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure solutions that align with stringent banking regulations.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with global architects, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to define technology standards and drive regional rationalization.
- Hybrid Cloud Leadership: Orchestrate services across Cloud Platforms, Storage, Network, Database, and End-User Services, leveraging both internal teams and external vendors.
- Team & Transformation: Mentor engineering teams and drive technological centralization initiatives across regional branches.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 15 years of IT infrastructure experience, with a strong background as a Solution Architect within multinational banking or financial services.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of MAS regulations and compliance standards.
- Technical expertise: Able to conceptualize scalable technical architectures (integration, microservices, hybrid cloud) while drawing on hands-on expertise in core infrastructure domains like Databases, Storage, Containers, IAM, or Network/Virtualization
- Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management and people leadership skills (recruiting, mentoring, and coaching).
- Bonus: TOGAF and/or Cloud Solution Architect certifications are highly desirable.
