RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview

As Mediacorp continues its regional and global expansion, this role will play a critical part in accelerating international growth across priority markets.

Flagship brands such as CNA have established a strong global footprint, reaching more than 180 million households across Asia, Europe, and the United States through award-winning journalism and original content, including CNA Originals.

Building on this momentum, we are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to drive the next phase of international market expansion deepening Mediacorp's presence, partnerships, and commercial ecosystem across Southeast Asia and beyond.

This role will be responsible for driving international revenue growth across two key streams:

  1. Clients seeking to invest regionally across Mediacorp platforms (via CNA and the broader ecosystem)
  2. International or regional clients who may choose to activate only within Singapore, investing in Singapore channels across TV, radio, and digital (e.g. Channel 5, Channel 8, U, or social IPs) to reach and engage Singapore-based audiences

Importantly, the individual must be a strong representative of the Mediacorp and CNA brands and able to credibly articulate their value proposition, uphold brand integrity, and build trust with senior stakeholders across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise, and develop high-potential international markets, with initial focus on Southeast Asia (including Malaysia and Indonesia), while supporting broader global expansion initiatives
  • Drive adoption of CNA and Mediacorp's integrated content, digital, and commercial solutions across regional clients.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy & Solutions teams to co-develop market-relevant offerings, including new IPs, branded content, and experiential/on-ground activations
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive market engagement, strategic outreach, and structured relationship development
  • Act as a evangelist for Mediacorp's ecosystem, articulating value across content, audience, data, and platform capabilities
  • Work closely with the Growth & Partnerships team to nurture and strengthen relationships across regional agencies, media representatives, and ecosystem partners, while taking primary ownership of direct client relationships and strategic accounts in-market
  • Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships across priority markets, ensuring long-term partnership development and sustainable revenue growth
  • Responsible for driving international revenue growth
  • Support delivery of international growth targets through structured planning, opportunity development, and disciplined execution
  • Feed market insights back to strategy & Solutions leads to refine GTM strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in international business development, market expansion, or partnership-led growth roles
  • Strong track record of originating opportunities and building pipelines in new or emerging markets
  • Background in media, publishing, digital platforms, or B2B ecosystems (news or content-led environments highly advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of digital, content, and advertising ecosystems, including omnichannel strategies
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into simple, compelling commercial narratives
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working across multiple markets with cultural and commercial sensitivity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external senior partners
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the region as required to support market development and client engagement
