Lead, Government Strategy & Partnerships (Singapore)
Role Overview
Beyondsoft is looking for a Government Strategy & Partnerships Lead to drive our engagement with Singapore's public sector ecosystem and unlock strategic market access opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of policy, partnerships, and business growth, translating government direction into actionable pathways across AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
You will own Singapore government engagement, working closely with internal business teams to position Beyondsoft within national initiatives and ecosystem collaborations.
What You'll Do
Government Engagement & Positioning
- Act as the primary interface with Singapore government agencies and statutory boards
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key public sector stakeholders
- Position Beyondsoft within Singapore's digital and innovation ecosystem
Policy Translation & Market Access
- Interpret policy direction, Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs), and national initiatives
- Translate policy into clear business opportunities and engagement strategies
- Guide internal teams on navigating government priorities and regulatory landscapes
Strategic Opportunity Enablement
Identify and unlock opportunities across:
- Government initiatives
- Public sector collaborations
- Ecosystem partnerships
- Work with consulting, AI, and BD teams to shape market approach
Ecosystem & Partnership Development
- Build relationships across industry, innovation platforms, and enterprise networks
- Enable collaborations involving Singapore stakeholders and regional partners (incl. Greater China where relevant)
Internal Advisory & Representation
- Provide leadership with insights on policy, regulation, and market signals
- Represent Beyondsoft at forums, policy dialogues, and industry platforms
Who You Are
- 8–12 years experience in government, public policy, or strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of Singapore's government ecosystem
- Able to engage stakeholders with credibility and strategic intent
- Proven track record of translating policy into real business or partnership outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience within Singapore government agencies or statutory boards
- Exposure to AI, digital infrastructure, or innovation sectors
- Familiarity with Singapore–Greater China collaboration
