Sales Caller Role Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce products or services and create sales opportunities
- Assess leads and arrange appointments for the sales team
- Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
- Follow up with leads to build relationships and drive sales conversions
- Achieve or surpass company sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients
- Stay informed on product details and industry trends to present offerings effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities
- Capability to overcome objections and remain driven in a goal-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and the sales process
