Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Lead Generation Executive role based.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support business development activities across various international markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, outreach, and other prospecting channels. You will qualify prospects, introduce technology and cybersecurity solutions, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a target-driven environment, has experience engaging with B2B decision-makers, and possesses a strong interest in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, outreach, and other sales channels
• Research and identify potential enterprise customers, target accounts, and key decision-makers
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for technology and cybersecurity solutions
• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business challenges
• Schedule qualified meetings and product discussions for the sales team
• Maintain accurate prospect information and activity updates in CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
• Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales KPIs
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Sales
• Experience in technology, IT solutions, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or software industries is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging business stakeholders
• Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting activities
• Experience working with CRM or sales engagement tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
