About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Full-Stack Engineer to architect, build, and champion the quality of our core platforms. You will guide technical direction, mentor a talented team, and ship robust software that meets complex challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for key product features and systems.

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js.

• Build dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).

• Establish and enforce rigorous testing, QA, and code review processes to ensure system reliability.

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

• Mentor developers, foster best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on roadmap goals.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Expert proficiency in Python and JavaScript for full-stack web development.

• Proven expertise with back-end frameworks (FastAPI, Node.js) and front-end technologies.

• Deep experience with relational database management and performance tuning.

• A track record of implementing effective testing/QA strategies for complex applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a analytical mindset.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
