Lead Engineer

: The Lead Engineer performs analysis, rectification, development and technical governance for

applications components and will be accountable for the maintenance, quality of code, and compliance to standards

within the platform. Accountabilities include but not limited to:

. Analysis, development, implementation & support of

. End to end Wealth Management Platform (e.g digital channel, back office / admin).

. Automated unit testing of the deliverable

. Any other form of integration

In accordance of agreed digital/platform strategy, standards and governance for a business unit, project, program,

platform or feature team

. Defining technical specifications of solutions in accordance with the agreed digital/platform strategy

incorporating non functional requirement such as, security, and system performance and Engineering best

practices

. Driving continuous improvement through technical and process innovation to optimize the way we deliver to our

customers, promoting ways to leverage business benefit at every opportunity

Role Attributes

Oversight of Wealth Management engineering team

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on engineering: own high risk components, review MR

Design and Architecture:

. Responsible for system low level design including infrastructure

. Ensure non functional requirements are fulfilled: scalability, availability, security, performance, resilience

Leadership:

. Mentor senior & junior engineers

. Provide regular feedback for improvement

. Ensure coding standard & best practices are implemented

. Guide team on design implementation

Delivery Ownership:

. High Level Estimation

. Responsible for technical scope in every sprint / releases

. Manage Technical Dependency

. Responsible to ensure technical debt are manage within risk tolerance

. Working with PO & Business users & vendor

Operations:

. Provide support for L2 in areas such as: Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis

. Manage & Rectify vulnerability / cybersecurity related fixes

. Ensure proper logging / monitoring and alert for every deliverable

Problem Solving

. Accountable for solving problems and dealing with difficulties in line with policy, process and other guidelines

applying technical knowledge and expertise

. Depending on the nature of the specific role, problems can range from repetitive daily issues to complex technical

problems requiring significant expertise

. Escalate problems according to guidelines
