What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years experience in backend or cloud software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Solid experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern software architecture.
- Exposure to AI/LLM applications, from design to production deployment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- A strong problem-solver who balances big-picture vision with technical detail.
- Excellent communicator who can explain complex tech to both technical and business audiences.
