Financial Services or related discipline
Knowledge of Financial Services processes, systems and products
Proficiency in ARIS for process design and architecture
Proficiency in ADO, MS Office
Workshop facilitation skills
Project Management tools & methods (e.g. Clarity, ADO, MS Project)
Data & Reporting skills (e.g. MS Excel, project dashboards, status reports, KPI tracking)
Collaboration and communication tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
Financial and contract management
Years experience in process design / process analysis engagement for large complex global enterprises
Understanding of process design and improvement best practices.
Experience in aligning process blueprinting method with Agile based project delivery approach
Leading process blueprinting initiatives
