- Data & Reporting skills (e.g. MS Excel, project dashboards, status reports, KPI tracking)
- Collaboration and communication tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
- Financial and contract management
- Years experience in process design / process analysis engagement for large complex global enterprises
- Understanding of process design and improvement best practices.
- Experience in aligning process blueprinting method with Agile based project delivery approach
