Lead Design Engineer (Civil & Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed design in civil, bridge/tunnel, and underground excavation works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for technical support.
• Review and approve design and drawings for submission.
• Conduct structural analyses using engineering software.
• Manage projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
• Guide and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate designs across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Exposure to geotechnical works, concrete and steel structures, soil-structure interactions.
• Proficient with engineering design software.
• Experience in project management and design coordination.
