Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and international industry leaders, enterprises, and government agencies to support the adoption and scaling of accredited GenAI solutions.
• Conceptualise new initiatives and testing strategies to support confident GenAI adoption with measurable business impact.
• Lead validation of LLM, agentic, and GenAI products in secure sandbox environments using advanced QA tools.
• Develop structured assessment frameworks for agent stacks, model configurations, prompts, toolchains, and integration workflows.
• Conduct deep-dive architecture reviews, collaborate on test plans, recommend improvements, and support POCs and pilot deployments.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with certifications in AI/GenAI testing (ISTQB, CAITP etc).
• Minimum 10 years in ICT or solution architecture, including 5 years in AI/GenAI solution validation and assessment.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, vector workflows, and evaluating reasoning, reliability, safety, and performance of AI/ML systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
