Mandatory Requirements:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with exposure to cloud infrastructure and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is essential, along with proven experience in hybrid cloud environments and migrating on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
- The role requires solid knowledge of cloud security and identity and access management (IAM).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. A understanding of infrastructure domains including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization is required.
- In addition, the role demands leadership experience in managing or mentoring cloud engineers, along with good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have Requirements:
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance frameworks would be beneficial.
- Candidates with Azure-focused architecture experience.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are .
- Exposure to technologies such as OpenShift, enterprise virtualization platforms like Broadcom VCF/VVF, or large multinational enterprise environments would also be beneficial.
- Experience working within enterprise architecture governance frameworks
