Lead Cloud Developer

We're looking for a hands-on Lead Cloud Developer to join a lean, senior-level engineering team focused on cloud and platform engineering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building internal platforms, driving automation, and contributing directly to cloud engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud platform capabilities and internal self-service systems
• Drive automation and improve engineering efficiency
• Build and deploy features across platform and integration environments
• Contribute hands-on to development, cloud architecture, and CI/CD initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams

What we're looking for

• Solid experience in cloud engineering or platform engineering
• Strong hands-on development background (software engineering preferred over infrastructure-only profiles)
• Experience with cloud/platform engineering, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Comfortable working in a multi-cloud environment with a flexible, technology-agnostic mindset
• Strong business acumen, adaptability, and collaborative approach
• Open-minded, hands-on problem solver who can balance execution with broader thinking

Working arrangement

• Hybrid model: 2 days in office weekly
