As a Lead Centre Manager, Active Aging Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee operations and performance of Active Ageing Centres ensuring smooth service delivery for seniors.
- Lead and support AAC Supervisors, fostering a positive team culture.
- Assist in staff recruitment and training, collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent service standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, contingency plans, and policies.
- Manage incidents, audits, public inquiries, and feedback.
- Monitor and report centre statistics to management and authorities. Coordinate facility maintenance, procurement, and vendor management.
- Plan manpower deployment for optimal coverage across centres.
- Oversee daily community care operations, guide the team in care management, budgeting, procurement, supplier and volunteer management, and review care performance and financial sustainability in line with community engagement goals.
- Promote the Asset-Based Community Development approach to recruit and activate residents as community champions.
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and database.
- Strengthen relationships with community partners, volunteers, and donors to support AAC objectives.
- Build partnerships with healthcare and community stakeholders for seamless service referrals and integrated care.
- Represent the organization at platforms like ICCS for collaborative planning.
- Coordinate cross-centre initiatives to align with organizational goals and community strategies.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, Allied Health or a related healthcare field.
