You'll be a part of a digital transformation team, planning and leading large-scale integration projects across several functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end business analysis and solution lifecycle from ideation through delivery and post-implementation optimization.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating enterprise goals into coherent capability roadmaps and solution directions.
- Provide thought leadership on digital enablement, platform consolidation, automation, and customer experience transformation.
- Lead complex, ambiguous problem spaces involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and constraints.
- Perform deep impact analysis across processes, data, integrations, risks, compliance, and operating models.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and value realization plans to ensure outcomes are measurable and tracked.
- Evaluate solution options (SaaS, COTS, custom build, integrations) and make clear, defensible recommendations.
- Own change impact assessments, prioritization decisions, and scope governance.
- Provide support to delivery teams throughout the SDLC, proactively resolving ambiguity and risks.
- Define and oversee SIT and UAT strategies, ensuring solutions meet business intent and risk tolerance.
- Support cutover, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
- Lead end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and simplification.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis / Solution Analysis roles.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise or platform-based initiatives.
- Experience working across digital, loyalty, CRM, customer platforms, data, or integration-heavy environments is desirable.
- Expert-level capability in:
o Business & capability analysis
o Requirements engineering (functional & non-functional)
o Process modeling and optimization
o Impact and risk analysis - Solid understanding of:
o Modern application architectures
o Cloud and SaaS platforms
o APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Able to engage architects and engineers as a credible solution partner, not just a requirements provider.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments.
