• Lead IWMS (ARCHIBUS/TRIRIGA) projects and workstreams from requirements to deployment.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and business process improvements.
• Manage requirements, documentation, UAT, training, and change management.
• Act as strategic advisor on REFM technology roadmaps and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior BAs and ensure quality delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
